Refund policy
Our Return Policy
Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our jewelry, we strictly do not offer cash refunds or standard returns for buyer's remorse. We only accept returns for an Exchange or Store Credit in the case of a damaged product or a mismatched item (wrong product received).
Strict Return Criteria
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must fulfill the following mandatory conditions:
24-Hour Window: You must report the issue and initiate your return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will be strictly declined.
Mandatory Box-Opening Video: You must provide a single, continuous, completely uncut video showing the opening of the delivery package from start to finish. The video must clearly show the courier label details and the defect or mismatch of the item. No video, or an edited/cut video, means no exchange.
Original Condition: The item must be completely unworn and returned securely inside its signature minimal suede pouch and goodies (If any).
Shipping Charges
The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and bearing all shipping charges required to send the item back to our studio. Feira does not cover or reimburse reverse logistics costs.
Resolutions
Once your return video and item are received and inspected by our team, we will process your resolution within 3–5 business days:
We will exchange the jewelry for the exact same piece (subject to availability).
If the piece is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase amount, which you can use on any future collection.
